Dr. Leonard D.Tennart is Sr. Pastor of Resurrection & New Life Fellowship, Ecclesiastical Overseer of the Evangelical Christian Alliance, a United States Air Force military veteran, State Certified Clinical Chaplain, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). He has over 30 years of experience in pastoral ministry, ecclesiastical governance, and Specialized Pastoral Care.
In addition, he have vast experience in the management of faith based non-profit organizations, program and policy development and is owner and Director of RNLF Counseling Services in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
As Clinical Coordinator, he is responsible for the planning of professional mental health service programs of a non-medical nature in the facility. Coordinates and directs activities of personnel engaged in providing mental health services to those in need of mental/behavioral health services.

Tia Early is our clerk/receptionist. She handles all incoming calls, scheduling of appointments, and takes care of payment arrangements and intake.
